Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processing is complete, the order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is shipped.

2. Packaging

Each handbag is inspected and packaged to prevent damage. Protective materials, and when needed, double-boxing are used to maintain product quality and appearance.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Flat rate of $15
  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly stated at checkout

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless a promotion explicitly covers them.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, inspections, or weather conditions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed. Customers can use it to monitor delivery progress. Please keep tracking information until the order is received.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Grainandgold is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For lost, delayed, or damaged items, customers should contact Grainandgold immediately.
Photos may be requested for damaged items.
We resolve issues according to our policy through replacement, refund, or reshipment, ensuring customers receive their order in full.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is only available to addresses permitted by our carriers.
Some regions or locations may be temporarily restricted.
Customers attempting to ship to restricted areas will be contacted to modify or cancel their order.
