Refund Policy
At Grain & Gold Bags, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make things right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including dust bags or tags.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please contact us at support@grainandgold.com before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not caused by us).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it and to notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take extra time before your refund is officially posted).
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@grainandgold.com and we’ll assist you right away.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@grainandgold.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
