At Grainandgold, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a clear and fair return and refund process for customers within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, as determined by tracking confirmation from the shipping carrier. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be free from scratches, stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Include all original tags, dust bags, protective covers, and packaging
  • Include valid proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions, or returns made without prior approval, may be returned at the customer’s expense.

3. How to Submit a Return

Email our support team within 14 calendar days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Our support team responds within 48 hours of receiving your request.

4. Return Shipping

  • Change of mind / incorrect selection: Customer pays return shipping
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Grainandgold provides a prepaid return label

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Grainandgold is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours for faster resolution
  • Include clear photos and order details

Approved cases may result in a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for eligible items
  • Customers pay return shipping
  • Grainandgold covers replacement shipping only if the exchange is due to our error
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • No restocking fees
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (USD) within 7 business days (processing times may vary with PayPal)

8. Delayed Refunds

If a refund is not received within 14 business days of approval, contact our support team at support@grainandgold.shop for assistance.

9. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Returns after 14 days
  • Used, worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Purchases from unauthorized or third-party sellers

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled; customers may request a return under this policy.

11. Currency

All payments and refunds are processed in USD. Any bank or payment processing fees are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Policy Scope & Updates

This policy applies only to purchases made through the official Grainandgold website.
This policy may be updated at any time; the latest version with the revised date always applies to new orders.
