At Grainandgold, we maintain a structured process for returns and refunds to ensure a reliable experience for our customers. If the handbag you received does not meet the functional specifications or arrives in a compromised state, we provide the following solutions.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the handbag must be in its original, unused condition, with all internal packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, moisture damage, or structural alteration.

2. Initiation of Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@grainandgold.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the appropriate return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item due to our error, Grainandgold will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received at our Hitchcock, Texas facility, it will undergo a manual inspection.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Rejection: If the item is found to be used or damaged by the customer, it will be ineligible for a refund and can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different model or color, please follow the return process for your current item and place a new order on our store.
